A-Ron is a minor character from Klasky-Csupo's Little Freaks. He is Wayne's little brother who is in need of a rescue after getting into a predicament. He is unaware of the superpower that Wayne possesses. A-Ron was voiced by Lawrence Bell.

About A-Ron

On one Saturday morning, A-Ron and Wayne's mom opens the door to their room, demanding that they clean it. She tells them that she wants it to be so spotless, that if even one live piece of trash were to enter it, she (the piece of trash) would die. As A-Ron awakens, he wonders why the piece of trash has to be female. After Wayne's mom informs him that today is Saturday, he becomes so enraged, he discharges and flies up to a ceiling lamp, which he grabs and hangs onto for a moment. Not seeing what just happened, A-Ron asks Wayne just how he managed to do that. Wayne replies, "Sleep-climbing?", quizzically before falling to the floor.

When A-Ron bikes on a sidewalk, he finds Wayne and his friends on the other side of a street. Wayne gets mad again after Sweeney calls him a dork, the latter cautious about his reputation when it comes to whether he's seen around them or not. Wayne's anger causes him to fly again, this time onto a satellite dish on the roof of someone's house. Impressed at seeing this, A-Ron thinks it's cool that Wayne climbed up there. Wayne says he wishes he could.

Some weeks later, Sweeney, Lila, and Macon see A-Ron across another street, talking to a few, other boys, who dare him to climb onto the giant bagel statue on the roof of the bagel shop, Fred's Fancy Bagels and Bagel Holes. Wondering just what the term is for providing the fifth dare, A-Ron tells the other boys he'll do it, accepting the challenge. He makes it up there, as he proclaims triumphantly, but now he's found himself in a perilous situation and the firefighters are unable to rescue him. Wayne's friends head to his house to tell him what A-Ron did and that he needs his help to get him back down to the ground. But Wayne tells them he's unable to be of assistance since he flight power wore off following weeks of anger management sessions. Wayne's friends head back to the bagel shop to try to save A-Ron themselves.

By night, A-Ron remains stuck in his predicament. When Wayne gets there, he tells Sweeney and Macon to rile him up enough to fly again in order to bring A-Ron back down safely by telling Yo Mama jokes. However, when a sneaker falls off of A-Ron's foot and Wayne discovers it as he picks it up, and notices it's actually half of the pair of his sneakers that A-Ron took from him, this triggers his anger and flight ability as he regains it. He soars up to A-Ron and holds onto him, but tells him he's unable to return him and himself to the ground. A-Ron vows to tell on him to their mom if he ditches him and claim that climbing onto the statue was all his idea. When A-Ron looks down, he gets dizzy and faints. As the bagel statue loosens, rolls onto the ground, and away, Wayne risks A-Ron to safety as he soars into the air. Later, A-Ron wakes up and discovers Wayne took them high onto a billboard. A-Ron asks him just how they got up there. Deciding to reveal his secret to him, Wayne simply says he can fly. Unconvinced and finding that farfetched, A-Ron doubts it as a firefighter comes to get him off of the billboard and carries him down a ladder.

Physical appearance

A-Ron is a slender boy with black hair worn in upright dreads called dramatic dreads. He is Afro-American, but has green skin and black, hollow, beady eyes. He's dressed in green mostly: He wears a cadmium green, long-sleeved shirt with yellow cuffs; cadmium green pants; and matching sneakers.

Personality

A-Ron looks up to Wayne and admires him very much. Among other things, when it comes to Wayne, A-Ron is quite enthusiastic and impressionable since he's easily influenced by others. He can be reckless, jumping the gun, and not thinking before he acts. Like Wayne, A-Ron also has a fear of heights and shares that sentiment, having one thing in common with each other. He is often inquisitive and doubtful, that is, at least, when it comes to his brother's claim that he can fly concerning the latter trait.
